QUANTUM INTEGRATION™ LAB PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

This Participant Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Monique Evans & Intuitive Freedom ("Provider") and the undersigned participant ("Participant"), effective as of the date of signature below.

Course Dates

The Quantum Integration™ Lab ("Training") will take place from JANUARY 18 - 20, 28 2026 / 9:00 AM - 1:00PM.

Nature of the Training

The Quantum Integration™ Lab ("Training") offered by Intuitive Freedom is intended to provide participants with education on quantum healing concepts and practices. The Training includes, but is not limited to, teachings on Quantum Integration™, the application of high-level quantum concepts, and practical exercises. The Participant acknowledges that the Training is for educational or entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Training Components and Participant Engagement

The Quantum Integration™ Lab provides a variety of resources and opportunities designed to enhance your learning and application of quantum healing concepts. Participation and outcomes may vary based on each individual's abilities and engagement with the training materials.

What's Included in the Quantum Integration™ Lab:

  • Live Virtual Interactive Sessions for Hands-On Mastery
  • Comprehensive Workbook &/OR Access to App for 6 months (monthly payment of $11.99 required for app usage after)
  • Three Months of Access to the Private Quantum Collective Community

Participant Conduct and Compliance

Commitment to Guidelines:
Participants are expected to adhere to all preparatory and participation guidelines outlined for the Quantum Integration™ Lab, which are designed to ensure a productive and harmonious learning environment. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparation Requirements: Adhering to recommendations for rest, hydration, and limiting alcohol or non-prescription drugs to ensure optimal engagement.
  • Environmental Setup: Ensuring a quiet, undisturbed location for participation, with devices set to “Do Not Disturb” mode. Cameras must remain on throughout the Lab for full engagement.
  • Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of all course materials, processes, and shared personal insights within the Lab.
  • Engagement: Remaining open, engaged, and respectful to both facilitators and fellow participants throughout the duration of the Lab.

Prohibited Activities During the Training:
To ensure safety, focus, and respect for all participants, the following are strictly prohibited during Lab sessions:

  1. Being in a Car or Vehicle: Participants may not join sessions while in a car, whether driving or as a passenger. This includes parked cars, as such environments are not conducive to focused engagement.
  2. Presence of Pets, Children, or Other Disruptions: Participants must ensure that their physical space is free of pets, children, or any other potential distractions during the Lab. Such interruptions not only affect the individual’s experience but also disrupt the group dynamic.
  3. Turning Off Cameras: Cameras must remain on at all times during the sessions to foster active engagement and a connected group environment. Participants must ensure a stable environment conducive to full participation.
  4. Uninterrupted Participation: Participants are required to set aside all other commitments and responsibilities during Lab hours, remaining fully present and engaged in the course activities.

Addressing Non-Compliance:
If a participant fails to adhere to these guidelines or engages in disruptive or unsafe behavior, the following steps will be taken:

  1. A warning will be issued to the participant regarding the behavior.
  2. If the behavior persists, the participant may be asked to leave the Lab without a refund.
  3. Removal from the Lab will result in disqualification from completing the training and becoming certified. Certification of Lab One qualifies participation to join monthly expansion sessions, apply for Lab Two, and ultimately apply to become a Licensed Practitioner.

Acknowledgment of Terms:
By checking on the terms of this Agreement at the time of purchase, the Participant acknowledges that adherence to these guidelines is a prerequisite for participation in the Training. Failure to comply may result in termination of participation without refund, as outlined in the "Non-Refundable Fees" and "Termination" clauses.

No Medical Advice

The Participant acknowledges that the Provider is not a healthcare professional, and the services provided during the Training do not replace the care of healthcare professionals. The Training does not aim to provide medical or mental health advice, and no medical or mental health services will be provided. The Participant is advised to seek professional advice as appropriate.

Assumption of Risk

The Participant understands and agrees that the Training may involve discussions and practices related to personal health and well-being and that all activities are voluntary. The Participant assumes all risks associated with participating in the Training, including but not limited to emotional stress, physical injury, and psychological impacts. 

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Participant releases and forever discharges Intuitive Freedom, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action that the Participant may hereafter have for injuries, damages, or losses to the Participant or the Participant's property, arising out of or connected with the participation in the Training, including any injuries, damages, or losses caused by the negligence of the Provider or its representatives.

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Rights

The Participant acknowledges that all materials provided during the Training, including but not limited to course materials, exercises, methodologies, discussions, and any proprietary information shared by the Provider or other participants, are the exclusive property of Intuitive Freedom. These materials are protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

The Participant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and not to disclose, reproduce, distribute, or share any Training materials without the prior written consent of the Provider.

Non-Refundable Fees

The Participant agrees and acknowledges that all fees paid for the Training are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-attendance, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the Training.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in Los Angeles, California, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. 

Termination

The Provider reserves the right to terminate the Participant's access to the Training at any time if the Participant violates any terms of this Agreement, engages in disruptive behavior, or otherwise hinders the learning environment. 

No Guarantee of Results

The Provider makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding the results or outcomes of the Training.
