Quantum Integration™ Lab: Expansion Three [The Practitioners Course] 

Participant Agreement  

This Participant Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Monique Evans & Intuitive Freedom ("Provider") and the undersigned participant ("Participant"), effective as of the date of signature below.  

Course Dates 

The Quantum Integration™ Lab: Expansion Three [The Practitioner’s Course] ("Training") will take place from November 19 - 22, 2025 (8:00 AM – 11:30 AM PST | 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM LONDON). Specific dates for live sessions and any bonus content are detailed in the course schedule provided to the Participant.

Nature of the Training 

The Quantum Integration™ Lab Expansion Three ("Training") offered by Intuitive Freedom is intended to provide participants with education on quantum integration concepts and practices. The Training includes but is not limited to teachings on Quantum Integration™, the application of high-level quantum concepts, and practical exercises. The Participant acknowledges that the Training is for educational or entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Training Components and Participant Engagement
The trainings provide a variety of resources and opportunities designed to enhance your learning and application of Quantum Integration™ concepts. Participation and outcomes may vary based on each individual's abilities and engagement with the training materials.

What's Included in the Quantum Integration™ Lab: Expansion Three [The Practitioners Course] 

•  14+ Hours of Live Virtual Interactive Sessions for Hands-On Mastery
  These sessions are designed to move beyond theory and into full application. You’ll work directly with the protocols in real-time labs, receive live feedback, and practice the full dimensional structure of Quantum Integration™ with depth and precision.
•  Practitioner-in-Training Guidebook
  A structured companion for participants who are developing their confidence and clarity in using the work. It includes key reminders, session structure cues, and guidance on building skills before full certification.
•  Final Practitioner Manual
  This comprehensive resource includes all advanced protocols, dimensional scripts, testing sequences, and practitioner-level frameworks. It’s the essential reference for certified practitioners delivering client sessions.
•  Comprehensive Expansion Three Workbook & Journal
  Designed to help you track your own integration journey as you learn to guide others. Includes layered dimensional protocol deep dives, reflections, and space for energetic insights and breakthroughs.
•  12-Month Quantum Collective™ + Private Expansion Three Membership
  Stay connected through monthly private labs, practitioner support sessions, and exclusive updates. You’ll continue evolving your mastery with access to advanced labs and community dialogue.

Certification & Licensing Eligibility

Completion of the Quantum Integration™ Lab: Expansion Three does not guarantee certification as a licensed practitioner. Certification is granted at the sole discretion of the Provider and is based on the Participant’s:

•  Attendance and engagement in all required sessions
•  Completion of all assigned practice and protocol exercises
•  Demonstrated comprehension and energetic alignment with the material
•  Willingness to receive feedback and uphold the integrity of the method
•  Respectful and cooperative presence within the training container

The Provider reserves the right to withhold certification and/or listing as a practitioner on the Intuitive Freedom website, even if all course sessions are attended, if the Participant’s conduct, energy, or embodiment is not in alignment with the standards required to represent this work professionally.

No Medical Advice  

The Participant acknowledges that the Provider is not a healthcare professional, and the services provided during the Training do not replace the care of healthcare professionals. The Training does not aim to provide medical or mental health advice, and no medical or mental health services will be provided. The Participant is advised to seek professional advice as appropriate. 

Assumption of Risk
The Participant understands and agrees that the Training may involve discussions and practices related to personal health and well-being and that all activities are voluntary. The Participant assumes all risks associated with participating in the Training, including but not limited to emotional stress, physical injury, and psychological impacts.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Participant releases and forever discharges Intuitive Freedom, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action that the Participant may hereafter have for injuries, damages, or losses to the Participant or the Participant's property, arising out of or connected with the participation in the Training, including any injuries, damages, or losses caused by the negligence of the Provider or its representatives. 

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Rights
The Participant acknowledges that all materials provided during the Training, including but not limited to course materials, exercises, methodologies, discussions, and any proprietary information shared by the Provider or other participants, are the exclusive property of Intuitive Freedom. These materials are protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. 

The Participant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and not to disclose, reproduce, distribute, or share any Training materials without the prior written consent of the Provider. The Participant further agrees not to use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Training materials, exercises, or methodologies for personal gain, commercial purposes, or in any way that competes with the Provider’s business without express written permission from the Provider. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the materials may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages and injunctive relief.

Non-Refundable Fees
The Participant agrees and acknowledges that all fees paid for the Training are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-attendance, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the Training.

Participant Presence & Cooperation Expectations for Expansion Three 

To preserve the integrity of the container and ensure a high-quality experience for all participants, the following participation standards are required for Quantum Integration™ Lab: Expansion Three:

• Full Presence Required: Participants must log on from a quiet, private, and energetically clear space where they can be fully present and undisturbed. Logging in from a car, a public place, or a shared environment is not permitted.
• Cameras On: Participants are required to keep their cameras on for the full duration of each session, unless technical issues are communicated and approved in advance.
• Punctuality is Essential: Participants must arrive on time and stay for the entire session. Arriving late or leaving early is disruptive to the field and is not permitted unless pre-approved by the Provider.
• Respectful Conduct: Participants agree to engage in the training with openness, presence, and respect for the facilitator, other participants, and the modality itself. Disruptive, dismissive, or energetically resistant behavior may result in removal from the container.
• No Passive Viewing: This training is not a webinar or replay environment. It is a live, interactive, energetic lab and requires full engagement to ensure personal and collective transformation.

The Provider reserves the right to remove participants who violate these terms. This is a practitioner training, and full energetic presence is required. Violations of the above may result in removal from the training and disqualification from practitioner certification, without refund.

Licensing Tiers & Evaluation Criteria

Certification as a Quantum Integration™ Practitioner is not guaranteed. Multiple licensing tiers are available, and the level of certification granted will be based on the Participant’s demonstrated understanding and application of the materials throughout the training.

Licensing is granted at the sole discretion of the Provider and will be assessed based on:

• Depth of understanding of the Quantum Integration™ protocols and frameworks
• Consistent and accurate application of the methods in practice sessions
• Energetic presence, attunement, and alignment with the field
•  Responsiveness to feedback and the ability to integrate course material
• Respectful, professional conduct in all group and individual interactions

The Provider reserves full discretion in determining whether a Participant is licensed as:

• A Fully Certified Quantum Integration™ Practitioner
• An Emerging Practitioner
• A Practitioner-in-Training (with additional requirements before full certification)
• Or not certified at this time

These distinctions exist to uphold the integrity, safety, and transformational power of the work.

Directory & Referral Disclaimer: 

Listing on the Intuitive Freedom website or receiving client referrals is only available to fully licensed Quantum Integration™ Practitioners. The Provider reserves the right to remove or deny listing at any time, without obligation to provide explanation, if the Participant is found to be misrepresenting the modality, acting out of integrity, or no longer aligned with the values of the work. 

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in Los Angeles, California, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs associated with the arbitration unless otherwise required by law.

Force Majeure
The Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, lockouts, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, or natural disasters.   

Indemnification
The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Intuitive Freedom, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to the Participant’s use or misuse of the Training materials or participation in the Training.

Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. However, in the event of termination by the Participant, no refunds will be issued, as outlined in the "Non-Refundable Fees" clause. The Provider reserves the right to terminate the Participant's access to the Training at any time if the Participant violates any terms of this Agreement, engages in disruptive behavior, or otherwise hinders the learning environment. 

No Guarantee of Results
The Provider makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding the results or outcomes of the Training. The success and application of the Training depend on the Participant’s efforts, engagement, and individual circumstances, and results may vary from person to person. 

Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Non-Transferability
The Participant's rights and obligations under this Agreement are personal and may not be assigned, transferred, or delegated to any other individual or entity without the prior written consent of the Provider.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind (including, without limitation, any prior versions of this Agreement).

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Los Angeles, California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
