Cancellation Summary

The $2,500 enrollment deposit and any further payment is non-refundable except if Intuitive Freedom cancels the experience or applicable law requires a refund.

YOUR STAY

• Five nights at Aethos Ericeira in the room category confirmed in writing (10/16/26 - 10/21/26)
• Private group transfers between Lisbon Airport and Aethos Ericeira during the designated arrival and departure windows
• Daily breakfast, snacks, lunch, and most dinners (meals not included prior to 10/16/26 or the evening of 10/21/26 onward)
• Two spa or wellness treatments, including a sound-bath experience
• Daily yoga as provided by the hotel
• One surf or stand-up paddle boarding experience, weather permitting
• Intentional open time for the ocean, rest, reflection, and private work

Your Travel Arrangements

You are responsible for arranging and purchasing:

• Round-trip travel to Lisbon

• Passport and visa requirements

• Comprehensive travel insurance

• Medical care

• Personal purchases

• Meals outside the included meal plan

• Transportation outside the designated group transfer windows

• Any additional hotel nights requested before or after the Experience

Arrival

The Experience begins on October 16, 2026, with optional yoga at 8:00 AM. Founder Development begins at 10:00 AM.

If you plan to arrive on October 15, please notify us in advance. Additional nights are subject to room availability and must be confirmed separately.

Departure

Hotel checkout is October 21, 2026. The Founder Experience concludes at 4:00 PM that day.

If you would like to extend your stay, please notify us as soon as possible so we can confirm room availability. Additional nights are arranged and paid for separately.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is required and must include coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical care, and emergency evacuation. Please purchase your policy immediately after enrollment.

Passport Requirements

Your passport must remain valid for at least six months beyond October 22, 2026. This means your passport expiration date should be April 22, 2027, or later.

Complete Your Enrollment

1.  Download the Participant Enrollment Agreement.
2.  Complete and sign every required field.
3.  Email the signed PDF to [email protected].
4. Send your bank transfer using the instructions on your invoice.
5.  Forward the transfer receipt to [email protected].
6.  Watch for written confirmation that your place is secured.
