Start your day by reconnecting with yourself before the world pulls on your attention.

Suggested Morning Flow:

  1. Drink water

  2. Open blinds or step outside

  3. Take 3–5 slow breaths

    • What feels most important today?

    • What feels off?

    • What would create more clarity today?

  6. Move your body briefly

Final Thought
