It will compliment everything you’ve ever done and anything you will ever do.” - Monique Evans about the Avatar Course At 27 year old, I was ending a painful relationship with someone who was unfaithful yet I felt deep pain that it was because I wasn’t good enough for him. And unfortunately it wasn’t the first time I felt this way. I inherently knew that something needed to change in my life to dis-create this pattern and this was when I was introduced to the Avatar course… During the extraordinary week-long course, I was able to discover how my beliefs were creating my entire experience in life. I unraveled old patterns and deleted unconscious workings of old protective mechanisms. I truly felt lighter, I could see myself, people and situation clearer without judgmental overlays. It was true freedom and to this day I haven’t experienced anything like it, nor has it left. I realized I’m creating my life and had somehow forgot that I actually can use consciousness to shift anything. I am not powerless, to others or my life. The connection to everything, the “we are one” concept that I heard so much about was now a reality and the basis for my spiritual journey. The immense amount of gratitude for a true awakening hasn’t left even nineteen years later. Even recently, in late August, I experienced what was at the time, a very traumatic “life threatening” experience on my way to review my Avatar Masters course in Florida. Some of you have heard the story, but to keep it brief I was with 6 TSA officers who believed a man was walking towards us in a private room to shoot people. The story that unfolded included several moments of locked trauma in my system, one being the shock and fear that I would be killed, another that I was slammed down on the floor by a man running for his life and left there injured, and lastly feeling that if I did get up and run I would be the last person in the room in clear site of this “shooter” and again the fear thought of being killed. Needless to say, I made it out safely to the tarmac with the planes and police. My adrenaline was extremely high, tears welled up as I resisted allowing myself to release the sadness and shock of my experience. I was slightly injured. limping in pain and just focused on getting to Florida, knowing that it was the perfect platform (Avatar course review) for the support I needed to recover. Upon arriving to the course and within 30 minutes, I was able to completely unravel the experience from my nervous system, I instantly felt connected to everything and everyone, without judgment or sadness as the trauma effortlessly left my body, my mind and my soul using the tools/exercises on the Avatar course. Tools that you leave with and can use anytime or anyplace in your day to day life. With the biggest smile on my face, love in my heart and amazement, I again feel impassioned to share this gift of awakening with you.
