1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Intuitive Freedom or purchasing any service, course, or digital download, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the site or our services.

2. Description of Services
We offer a blend of business and brand development, intuitive strategy, personal and energetic healing sessions, trainings, and downloadable resources (“Services”) designed to support your personal evolution and conscious business success.

3. Use of Services
Our offerings are educational, energetic, and strategic in nature. They are not substitutes for legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice. You are responsible for how you use the guidance and insight received.

4. User Conduct & Community Standards
Intuitive Freedom is committed to maintaining a supportive, safe, and high-integrity environment for all clients, facilitators, and guests. By participating in any Intuitive Freedom service, session, program, event, or online community, you agree to the following:

  • Treat all facilitators, participants, and guests with respect and courtesy at all times.

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, abusive, or harassing behavior—including but not limited to verbal abuse, repeated interruptions, intimidation, discrimination, or any action that compromises the safety or well-being of others—will result in an immediate warning.

  • If the behavior continues, you will be removed from the session, program, or community without refund or further access.

  • Intuitive Freedom reserves the sole right to determine what constitutes disruptive or disrespectful conduct. Decisions regarding conduct and removal are final.

  • No refunds, credits, or make-up opportunities will be provided in cases of removal for conduct violations.

  • Recording, screenshotting, or sharing any part of live or recorded content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

  • Soliciting, recruiting, or marketing your own services to other participants during Intuitive Freedom sessions or communities is not allowed unless explicitly invited.

  • The conduct policy applies to both in-person and online services, including guest speakers or co-facilitators.

  • Intuitive Freedom may, at its sole discretion, immediately remove any individual who presents a threat to the safety, emotional well-being, or learning environment of the group, with or without prior warning.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy
All participants agree to uphold the confidentiality of all group discussions, personal sharing, and proprietary content. Breaching confidentiality may result in removal from the program without refund.

6. Purchases Are Final / No Refund Policy
All purchases made through intuitivefreedom.com—including sessions, programs, events, digital downloads, and courses—are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage or personal outcome. Please purchase mindfully.

7. Payment Plans & Billing
If you enroll in a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in suspension or removal from programs, and access will not be reinstated until payments are fulfilled. Late or failed payments do not release you from your financial commitment.

8. Scheduling & Missed Sessions
If your service includes live or one-on-one sessions, it is your responsibility to attend them at the scheduled time. Missed sessions that are not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will not be refunded, rescheduled, or transferred, except in rare cases approved in advance by Intuitive Freedom.

9. License of Use
Digital products, course materials, and session content are for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, teach, reproduce, or sell any part of the material without express written permission from Intuitive Freedom.

10. Intellectual Property
All content—text, graphics, frameworks, recordings, and materials—is the property of Intuitive Freedom and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Use outside of the intended purpose is strictly prohibited.

11. Disclaimers & No Guarantees
We cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes. All services are provided “as is.” You acknowledge that results may vary and that your participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability
Intuitive Freedom shall not be held liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, that arise from your use of our services.

13. Right to Refuse Service
Intuitive Freedom reserves the right to refuse service or admittance to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to past conduct or reputational risk, without refund.

14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any product, session, or community if you violate these Terms or fail to meet payment obligations. No refunds will be issued under such circumstances.

15. Modifications to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our site and services indicates your acceptance of any revised terms.

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
